Refreshes the text within the target object inline with
the options provided. Note that the current implementation
of options/settings are destructive. This means that whenever

Can anyone tell me whats wrong in the above code. Its only displaying the … and not any line. I am new to this so pls help out..

Try as I might, I cannot get your plugin to work. I have tried it in both Firefox 3.6 and Chrome.

I would be grateful if you could advise what I am doing wrong. Instead of a truncated line followed by the ellipsis, I get only the ellipsis (no text at all).
